The Clarity Act markup has officially passed through the Senate Banking Committee, meaning now it needs to merge with the Agriculture Committee bill and then hopefully head to the Senate floor. Meanwhile, we have three companies closing their convertible notes and debt and looking for ways to add more Bitcoin to the balance sheet.
