The Dow popped this morning, touching a fresh record high and rising above 53,000 for the first time before pulling back.It's down 41 points. Proctor and Gamble shares leading it lower. They're down 2 and a.5%. Nike down 2 and a half% as well.The S&P 500 index up 53 points. That's almost 3/4 of a percent. and the NASDAQ soaring up 350 points now 1.3%.Chip shares are rallying today.
