Market Open: Stocks Mixed, Oil Rises; Rubio: Iran Not Serious on Peace • 7/22/26

I'm Jessica Edinger, CNBC. Wall Street mixed out of the gate this morning. Oil prices are up after Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Iran is not serious about peace talks.The US struck Iran for the 11th straight night last night. We've got the Dow in the green this morning, up 115 points. Honeywell shares leading it higher.They're up almost 3%. The S&P 500 index down 12. The Nasdaq is down 132 points.That's a half a percent.
