I'm Jessica Edinger. CNBC stocks mixed this afternoon. Investors somewhat shaking off higher oil prices.Secretary of State Marco Rubio saying Iran is not serious about peace talks. President Trump threatens today to bomb a bridge or a power plant in Iran for every ship attacked in the straight of Hormuz.
