I'm Jessica Edinger. CNBC markets are mixed in afternoon trading as chip stocks tumble. The Dow is still in the green.It's being led higher by shares of Salesforce which are up 6%. The Dow's up 100 points. The S&P 500 index down seven.The Nasdaq is down 72 points. Most of the chip names are in the red. Qualcomm eating out a small gain.There are companies whose shares have hit fresh all-time highs today, including Apple, Allstate, AFLAC, Bank of America, JP Morgan, Travelers, CSX, and General Dynamics.
