Trump 'will do anything' to interfere with midterm elections, says Sen. Alex Padilla

Last month a federal judge in Massachusetts blocked Donald Trump's executive order to ban voting by mail saying quote the Constitution does not grant the president any specific powers over elections. The Circuit Court of the Supreme Court refuses to hear the case, then voting by mail will continue.
