The EU's investigation focused on Corning's exclusive supply agreements with mobile manufacturers and glass processing companies, which raised concerns about competition in the market [2] - Corning's final commitments include the cancellation of all exclusive procurement clauses in existing agreements and not restricting the procurement ratios of equipment manufacturers and glass processors.
