Investment and Consumption - In Beijing, fixed asset investment (excluding rural households) grew by 14.1%, with equipment purchase investments rising by 99.0%, indicating strong industrial expansion [6]. - Hubei's consumption and investment also exceeded GDP growth, with retail sales increasing by 6.9% and exports soaring by 38.5% [7].
