Group 1 - Wang Daoxi has been appointed as a member and standing committee member of the Hunan Provincial Committee by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China [1] - Prior to this appointment, Wang Daoxi served as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, as well as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Water Resources [1][3] Group 2 - Wang Daoxi was born in June 1970 in Suqian, Jiangsu, holds a graduate degree, and has a doctorate in engineering [3] - He has extensive experience in the water resources sector, having held positions such as Director and Party Secretary of the Heihe River Basin Management Bureau, and President and Deputy Secretary of the Yellow River Water Resources Research Institute [3] - In March 2021, he became the Vice Chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People's Government and a member of the Party Leadership Group [3] - In December 2022, he was appointed as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Water Resources and a member of the Party Leadership Group, and in March 2023, he also took on the role of Party Committee member and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management [3]
