收单外包商管理再次强化后,新一批通过备案的收单外包商对外公示。7月2日,北京商报记者注意到,中国支付清算协会官网日前更新收单外包服务机构备 案系统信息,新增400余家收单外包服务机构通过备案。 同时,宝付网络科技(上海)有限公司(以下简称"宝付支付")备案进入"失效"状态。对此,宝付支付回复北京商报记者称,收单机构与外包机构之间存在 明确的业务划分和严格的合作规则,公司主动终止备案申请。 按业务类型划分,服务商可根据备案的实际情况开展特约商户推荐、受理标识张贴、特约商户维护、受理终端布放和维护资质等业务。通过备案的服务商 中,持有特约商户推荐资质的服务商数量最多,为402家。在技术含量相对更高的聚合支付技术服务部分,本次新增4家机构通过备案。 本次更新后,当前共计33130家收单外包服务商处于备案公示状态,其中728家机构通过聚合支付技术服务备案。 所谓"收单外包机构",是指接受收单机构委托、承办收单非核心业务并提供相应服务的企业。一直以来,作为链接持牌支付机构和线下商户的"中间商",收 单外包机构服务商在收单支付领域承接多种业务,也肩负着为支付机构"开疆扩土"的重要职责。佣金收益与入网商户交易"流水"密切挂 ...
