Right now, just from the business perspective, if you think about it, with the 17 and a half percent corporate tax, when you include the state and city, 9% for the city, and you compare it to where everybody is fleeing to Florida and Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, it's prohibitive to keeping business here.
