According to Bloomberg, bipartisan House lawmakers Max Miller and Steven Horsford are drafting a crypto tax framework that would exempt capital gains on regulated, dollar-pegged stablecoin transactions under $200 and allow staking and mining rewards to be taxed on a deferred basis for up to five years.
