The Nasdaq Composite is back down. Maybe I should keep my mouth shut! The tech-heavy index's slight gains didn't last long in Tuesday's session: The index was down slightly around noon ET. The S&P 500 was down nearly 0.1%. The Dow was down 100 points, or 0.2%. You can probably expect sideways trading to continue—at least until 2 p.m. ET.
