According to a filing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the SEC has dismissed the claims it brought in 2023 against Justin Sun, the Tron Foundation and the BitTorrent Foundation. Meanwhile, Rainberry, formerly BitTorrent Inc., agreed to pay a $10 million civil penalty to the SEC.
