Open Campus and Animoca Brands have formed a strategic partnership with Nasdaq-listed Rich Sparkle Holdings (ANPA), under which ANPA will purchase up to US$50 million worth of EDU tokens over the next 24 months through open-market and OTC transactions, marking its first major crypto acquisition.
