Railway personnel services provider Rail Unit has entered a full-service leasing agreement with European Loc Pool (ELP) for the EuroDual locomotive, expanding its fleet. EuroDual is a dual-power locomotive that integrates an electric power output reaching up to 6.2MW alongside a diesel power output of 2.8MW.
