Core Viewpoint - The recent exploration of phosphate mines in Northern Jiangsu has made significant progress, with an estimated inferred resource of over 9 million tons of phosphate rock, exceeding the province's "14th Five-Year Plan" exploration targets [1] Group 1: Exploration Progress - The geological survey in Suqian Shuyang and Lianyungang Ganyu has been strategically organized to conduct phosphate mine surveys [1] - The sixth geological team of the provincial geological bureau has utilized comprehensive studies of regional geology and geophysical data to select effective exploration techniques [1] - In Ganyu, 5 out of 6 completed drill holes have revealed phosphate industrial ore bodies, and crystalline graphite ore bodies have been discovered in the Jinfeng Group strata [1] Group 2: Resource Estimation - In Shuyang, three new industrial ore bodies have been delineated, with thicknesses ranging from 1.10 to 4.20 meters and P2O5 content between 10.56% and 13.71% [1] - The preliminary estimates indicate that Shuyang and Ganyu have added inferred phosphate rock resources of 1.14 million tons and 8 million tons, respectively [1] Group 3: Strategic Importance - Phosphate, as a strategic mineral, is widely used in agriculture, chemicals, and new energy sectors, and this discovery will provide more resource security for the sustainable development of Jiangsu's phosphate chemical industry [1]
