HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE) has formalised a shipbuilding contract worth $1.456bn with global shipping company HMM. The contract covers the construction of eight container vessels, each with a capacity of 13,400 twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU).
