UK-based packaging manufacturer PFF Group has been acquired by Coppice Alupack following its entry to administration. The transaction preserves all 239 jobs across PFF’s facilities in Keighley, West Yorkshire, and Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham. PFF picked Howard Smith and Richard Harrison of Interpath Advisory as joint administrators on 1 October 2025.
