Similar to recent quarters, our premier Class A office assets continued to outperform the market as companies continue to prioritize highly amenitized workspaces in desirable locations. In the quarter, we executed new or expanded office leases totaling nearly 200,000 square feet, including 167,000 square feet just in the Woodlands.
