Keno Hill Silver District Overview - Alexco is building Canada's only primary silver producer in the Keno Hill Silver District, Yukon Territory[1,9] - The district is one of the world's highest-grade silver mines, with a reserve grade of 804 g/t Ag and 1,035 g/t AgEq, with roughly 80% of revenues expected from silver[10] - The company anticipates increasing annual silver production to over 5 million ounces by 2024[17] Operational Performance & Growth - Year-to-date (to July) total silver production reached 442,000 ounces, with an average head grade of 818 g/t Ag[14] - Mill throughput increased by 64% to 176 tonnes per operating day in Q2, with silver recoveries at 93%[14] - Reserves increased by 22% to 1.44 million tonnes @ 804 g/t Ag and 1,035 g/t AgEq, supporting an estimated 35.5 million ounces of Ag production over the next 8 years[14] Exploration & Resource Expansion - The Bermingham NE Deep exploration shows excellent growth potential, with results like 20.37 meters @ 1,681 g/t Ag[10] - The company plans to release a new site-wide resource estimate by year-end, including the Bermingham NE Deep deposit[14] - The district has 36 million ounces of Indicated and 24 million ounces of Inferred Resources not currently in reserve[12] Financial Position - As of June 30, 2021, the company had C$39 million in cash and equivalents and C$3 million in restricted cash, with no long-term debt[25]
