On incentive fees, last quarter, we had some one-time items that increased our incentive fees in the quarter, and so we had reflected that we knew we would have a decrease quarter-over-quarter in incentive fees. Incentive fees landed right in line with our expectations, so there was no surprise there. Those one-time fees were really twofold.
