On a pro forma basis, we generated $23.5 million in revenue in the first quarter, a slight decrease from pro forma revenue for the same quarter of last year. More importantly, I'm pleased to report that our adjusted EBITDA on a pro forma basis improved by $6.4 million, a loss of $14.3 million for 2023 first quarter total loss of $7.9 million for 2024.
