Thank you, Tom. Good morning, everyone. I'll begin on Slide 5. As Tom mentioned today we announced first quarter net income of $27.2 million or $1.69 per share. Net income increased $3.1 million, or $0.18 per share compared to the same period in 2023, representing approximately 12% growth in earnings per share.
