A federal judge has denied the Justice Department's request to unseal grand jury transcripts in the Jeffrey Epstein case. In a ruling filed Wednesday, US District Judge Richard Berman found that the federal government had not reached the high bar necessary to unseal those documents. He said that the grand jury testimony is a quote hearsay snippet of Jeffrey Epstein's conduct and also cited possible threats to victim safety and privacy as a factor in his decision.The Justice Department declined to comment on ...
