Extra Space Storage (EXR) Q2 FFO Tops Estimates, Occupancy Rises

Extra Space Storage Inc. (EXR) reported second-quarter 2024 core funds from operations (FFO) per share of $2.06, which beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.00. The figure also remained flat year over year. The results reflect a rise in occupancy and better-than-anticipated revenues.
