Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares resigns amid automaker's ongoing struggles
Carlos Tavares, the chief executive of struggling automaker Stellantis NV, resigned Sunday, after nearly four years of leading the company.In a statement Sunday, Stellantis STLA said its board had accepted Tavares’ resignation, effective immediately. Stellantis said its search for a new CEO is underway, and will be concluded in the first half of 2025.
