The U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”) filed a lawsuit on Friday against JPMorgan (JPM) , Bank of America Corp. (BAC) and Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC) for failing to protect consumers from widespread fraud on Zelle, the renowned payments network.
