Group 2: Assessment Scope and Institutions - The assessment applies to all incentivized individuals determined by the compensation and assessment committee, including directors, senior management, core technical personnel, and key employees [2]. - The board's compensation and assessment committee leads the assessment work, while the human resources center is responsible for the implementation and data collection [2][4]. Group 3: Assessment Indicators and Standards - The performance assessment for the stock incentive plan spans from 2025 to 2028, with specific net profit targets set for each year: - 2025: 290 million yuan - 2026: 343 million yuan - 2027: 405 million yuan - 2028: 478 million yuan [3][4]. - If the company fails to meet the performance targets, the corresponding restricted stocks will be rendered void [4].
