Winnebago Industries Announces Settlement of 2025 Convertible Senior Notes

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., April 02, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE:WGO), a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation products, today announced the settlement in cash of the remaining $59.3 million aggregate principal amount of 1.50% unsecured convertible senior notes due April 1, 2025 (the "2025 Convertible Notes").
