Group 1 - The Hubei Province Badong County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau is actively implementing measures to prevent geological disaster risks during the flood season, focusing on high-level deployment, comprehensive inspections, enhanced training, and strict duty management [1][2] - The bureau has established a five-level geological disaster prevention and control plan, updating the responsibilities of disaster prevention personnel across various levels, including 12 network responsibility persons, 12 network administrators, 4 co-managers, 159 dedicated managers, 20 professional monitors, and 275 community monitoring personnel [1] - A comprehensive "net-like" inspection has been conducted, covering 481 geological disaster risk points, with 14 inspection teams and over 680 personnel involved in the patrol [1][2] Group 2 - The bureau has organized extensive training sessions for grassroots officials and the public, utilizing a combination of theoretical explanations and case analyses to enhance skills in disaster monitoring, early warning, and emergency response [2] - Over 200 personnel from relevant units have participated in geological disaster prevention training, and more than 2000 community members have been educated on disaster risks and avoidance strategies [2] - A 24-hour duty system has been established to ensure timely reporting and handling of emergencies, with 22 geological disaster risk investigations conducted and 13 reports issued to ensure prompt response to incidents [2]
