PagerDuty: Near-Term Growth Issues Are Not Resolved

I gave a hold rating to PagerDuty (NYSE: PD ) in March as I was concerned about the growth outlook that was weighed down by slowing growth, go-to-market [GTM] issues, and macro headwinds.
