南瑞助力宁夏——湖南±800千伏特高压直流输电工程双极低端送电

Core Viewpoint - The Ningxia-Hunan ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project, primarily designed to transport renewable energy from the "Shagehuang" wind and solar power base, is set to be completed by September, with a total transmission capacity of 8 million kW [2][12]. Group 1: Project Overview - The Ningxia-Hunan project is China's first approved UHV transmission corridor focused on renewable energy, spanning 1,616 kilometers from Ningxia to Hunan [2]. - The project has a rated voltage of ±800 kV and a capacity of 8 million kW, starting from Zhongning Converter Station in Ningxia and ending at Hengyang Converter Station in Hunan [2]. Group 2: Technical Contributions - Multiple units under State Grid Electric Power Research Institute (NARI Group) collaborated on core technologies, including high voltage protection devices, low voltage measurement and control devices, and cooling systems, ensuring the project's successful implementation [2][3]. - The NSR-300 series high voltage protection and NSR-3600 series low voltage measurement and control devices were deployed at Hengyang Converter Station, achieving "zero defect" production [3]. Group 3: Equipment and Systems - The project features four sets of thyristor converter valves designed by China Electric Power Research Institute, with two low-end valves successfully completing 219 tests, demonstrating high reliability and stability [5]. - The communication system, built by NARI Group's Information Technology Company, utilizes advanced optical fiber technology, ensuring uninterrupted communication across the complex terrain of the transmission line [7]. Group 4: Future Goals - NARI Group aims to leverage its technological and industrial capabilities to support the completion of the Ningxia-Hunan project, contributing to China's clean, low-carbon, and efficient energy system [12].
