Group 1 - Company Kaishan Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary OTP Geothermal Pte., Ltd. holds 95% of the shares in Indonesian company Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Co., Ltd. (SMGP) [1] - SMGP has a geothermal power project in Indonesia with a capacity of 240 megawatts and has completed five phases of development, expecting a total generation of nearly 1.2 million megawatt-hours in 2024 [1] - As of 2024, SMGP's total assets are reported at $1.245 billion, net assets at $473 million, and revenue at $100 million, as audited by Ernst & Young [1] Group 2 - OTP and its subsidiary KS Orka Renewables Pte. Ltd. signed a conditional share purchase agreement to acquire all shares held by Supraco in SMGP for a total of $3 million [2] - After the transaction, OTP will hold 98.57% of SMGP, while KSO will hold 1.43%, resulting in the company owning 100% of SMGP [2] - A joint venture agreement was signed between PT Kaishan Orka Indonesia and Supraco, which will allow the joint venture to have exclusive agency rights for ORC module power station equipment in Indonesia for 18 months [2]
