Ltd. signed a conditional share purchase agreement to acquire all shares held by Supraco in SMGP for a total of $3 million [2] - After the transaction, OTP will hold 98.57% of SMGP, while KSO will hold 1.43%, resulting in the company owning 100% of SMGP [2] - A joint venture agreement was signed between PT Kaishan Orka Indonesia and Supraco, which will allow the joint venture to have exclusive agency rights for ORC module power station equipment in Indonesia for 18 months [2]
