Group 1 - Dr. Cai Zhaohui has resigned as a non-executive director and vice chairman of the board, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting [1] - Ms. Yvonne Low Win Kum has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chair of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit and nomination committees, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting [1] - Mr. Ye Guoqian, currently an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee to fill the vacancy left by Dr. Cai Zhaohui's resignation, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting [1]
