Standard Chartered appoints new CEO for Corporate and Investment Banking

Standard Chartered announced the appointment of Roberto Hoornweg as chief executive officer of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Roberto, previously co-Head of CIB alongside Sunil Kaushal, assumes the role following Sunil’s decision to retire on 31 March 2026.
