Group 2: Offshore Renminbi Market Development - The PBOC supports the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in launching a trade financing liquidity arrangement with a total scale of 100 billion yuan [1]. - From January to September, the PBOC issued seven batches of central bank bills in Hong Kong, totaling 255 billion yuan, with a balance of 170 billion yuan, an increase of 30 billion yuan from the end of the previous year [1].
