Graham Holdings Company Announces Pricing of $500 Million Private Offering of Senior Notes

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Graham Holdings Company (NYSE: GHC) (the Company) today announced the pricing of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its senior unsecured notes due 2033 (the Notes). The Notes will be guaranteed, jointly and severally, on a senior unsecured basis, by certain of the Company's existing and future domestic subsidiaries.
