Mondelez invests in Poland biscuits plant

Mondelez International is looking to expand a biscuit factory in Poland and make the site its largest in the country. The Oreo maker is investing 620m zlotys ($169m) at its facility in Płońsk in central Poland. The project, scheduled to be completed next year, is expected to increase production capacity by 30% and generate 180 additional jobs. At present, the plant employs about 700 people.
