Group 2: Technological Framework - The platform is developed based on China's open-source blockchain technology FISCO BCOS and a distributed data transmission protocol (DDTP), leveraging blockchain's immutable and traceable advantages for trustworthy verification [3]. - Users are central to the cross-border transmission of personal information data, allowing them to download and autonomously transmit data while controlling the scope and purpose of its use [3].
