北大怀密医学中心一期启动区项目即将全面开工

Group 1 - The Beijing University Huimi Medical Center project has made significant progress, with the completion of the energy center and cafeteria, and the topping out of three dormitory buildings and one research and teaching building, indicating that all projects in the first phase are about to commence full construction [1] - The project is part of Beijing's key "3 100" initiatives for 2025 and represents a strategic layout for the future development of medical education and research at Peking University, aiming to create a world-class center for medical education, interdisciplinary research, and innovation [1] - The total land area for the project exceeds 1,000 acres, with a total construction scale of over 800,000 square meters, divided into two phases: the first phase covers over 700 acres focusing on research and teaching facilities, while the second phase will cover 400 acres for industry-education integration and clinical research platforms [1] Group 2 - The Miyun District has accelerated the development of the life and health service industry, implementing measures to promote the sector, establishing alliances in life health, medical devices, and traditional Chinese medicine, and enhancing the industrial development ecosystem [2] - The Zhongguancun (Miyun) Life Health Service Industrial Park has attracted 66 companies in biomedicine and medical devices, becoming the only industrial park in the city named after the health service industry [2] - Miyun District is fully supporting the construction of the medical center by improving surrounding infrastructure and public service facilities, including the rapid development of Beijing Second Experimental School and rental housing, ensuring support for scientific research, talent cultivation, and achievement transformation [2]
