Core Viewpoint - Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 81% of the registered capital of Zoomlion Finance Leasing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., which has received approval from the Beijing Local Financial Supervision Administration [1] Group 1 - The acquisition has been completed with the industrial and commercial registration change on December 5, 2025 [1] - Following the completion of the registration change, the target company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zoomlion [1] - The financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into Zoomlion's financial statements [1]
