Group 2 - The initiative has compiled a resource database of 280,000 model workers and craftsmen, attracting 1,209 small and medium-sized enterprises to participate, thereby improving the effectiveness of online and offline services [3]. - The program includes a comprehensive collection of 42,000 employee innovation achievements, 114,000 skill courses, and 28 million patents, along with 480,000 pieces of innovative knowledge [3].
