Group 2: Historical Context and Achievements - Since the official water delivery began, the project has successfully completed 12 annual water delivery tasks, extracting a total of 52.9 billion cubic meters of river water [1]. - The project has provided 8.09 billion cubic meters of water to Shandong Province and over 0.8 billion cubic meters to Hebei and Tianjin through the northern extension project, supporting high-quality economic and social development in the receiving areas [1].
