HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Drugmaker Eli Lilly and Co. (LLY) said Friday that it will build a $3.5 billion manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania, as the company expands domestic production and capitalizes on surging sales of obesity and diabetes treatments.
