Constellation promotes director Fink to CEO role

Constellation Brands has named board director and former Suntory executive Nick Fink as the US group's new CEO. Fink, who joined the board in 2021, will take over from Bill Newlands, who will step down on 13 April, Constellation said in a statement yesterday (12 February).
