Visa to buy payment firms Prisma, Newpay to deepen Argentina footprint

Feb 19 (Reuters) - Card giant Visa said on Thursday it would buy payment platforms Prisma and Newpay from ‌private-equity firm Advent International, bolstering its presence in Argentina.
