AMD Is Just Getting Started (Rating Upgrade)

I recently watched " Hard Lessons " by Morgan Stanley ( MS ) with Stanley Druckenmiller, in which he said, and I'm paraphrasing, "it probably looks like I change my mind every three weeks."
