Progressive Prices $1.5 Billion of Senior Notes

MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, March 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Progressive Corporation (NYSE: PGR) today announced the pricing of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.60% Senior Notes due 2031 (the “2031 notes”) and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.15% Senior Notes due 2036 (the “2036 notes”, together with the “2031 notes”, the “notes”) in an underwritten public offering.
