Amsterdam, 26 March 2026 --- AMG Critical Materials N.V. ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") has published its Agenda and Explanatory Notes for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) which will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on May 7, 2026 at the Auditorium at the World Trade Center (WTC).
